Information about the AADEJ Annual Conference & Meeting:
This year’s two-day conference remains at the same price, and includes catered
afternoon snacks and beverages on Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday. Also
included is the ICD/AADEJ Journalism Awards Ceremony on Friday at 5:00 pm.
Members/ICD Fellows: $495.00 (2-day conference)
1 day only option: $250.00 (choose either Oct. 1 or 2 when registering)
Non-members: $670.00 (includes a 1-year membership in AADEJ)

Information about the Grand Hyatt San Antonio Riverwalk:
Total Room Rate with taxes and destination fee: $331.76 for single and double
occupancy ($279.00 room rate and $52.76 taxes & fees).
Confirmations/Deposits: To confirm a sleeping room within the ICD room block, a first
night’s deposit must be secured with a valid credit card.
Cancellations: Reservations must be canceled at least three (3) working days in
advance of arrival to receive a deposit refund.
Cut-Off Date: The cut-off date has been extended until Friday, September 4, 2026 or
until availability is exhausted.
